Delivering all information, statistics, and data related to HSE performance in a clear and orderly manner to relevant concerned parties. The commitment of all contractors and suppliers towards HSE instructions, conditions and requirements applied in the company and its jobsites. Emphasizing the active participation of Company General Managers and HSE Superintendents in the internal HSE audits at Company branches to evaluate the HSE performance, and motivating best accomplishments by appreciation certificates and rewards. Appointing Safety Man of the Month and Best Driver of the Month" at each Branch / Central Department  as well as "Safety Man of the Year and motivating the selectees by appreciation certificates and rewards.


Training and Enhancing Preventive Awareness

Through qualifying and training (local and abroad) HSE employees and availing international codes and references. By Analyzing and managing Near Misses that arise from the Company activities, and Studying learned lessons from accidents after investigation.


Continuous Improvement

Through striving to achieve continuous improvements and following the latest trends applied by  international HSE leaders. Availing suitable resources, and issuing required regulations to implement and improve this policy. Conducting periodic audits to assure the effective application of the HSE Management System to the international levels.


Environmental Protection

Special consideration toward environmental protection and progressive reduction of emissions, waste and effluent disposal, all known to have negative impact on the environment. Pollution mitigation to the minimum level through the application of the Environmental Protection Management System. Apply the available state of art technology as well as the safe ways for waste management.
